Hannah Cook, MA, LMFT, LLPC, Founder
Building and maintaining relationships with others is hard work. Relationships are complex, and it can often be difficult to recognize what healthy connections should truly look, feel, or sound like. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and limited licensed Professional Counselor, Hannah deeply understands the nuances of human relationships. She specializes in helping couples, families, and individuals navigate these challenges, empowering them to create stronger, healthier connections that genuinely thrive.
Hannah utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), the Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Her areas of expertise include couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, nontraditional relationships, sexual health concerns, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, work issues, self-esteem, identity, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, stress, and ADHD.

Willow Grace, Therapy Dog, Really Good Girl
Meet Willow, our gentle and loving therapy dog, who brings comfort, joy, and a calming presence to every session she attends. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed, or simply in need of a little extra support, Willow is here to help.
With her warm eyes and soothing nature, Willow creates a welcoming environment where healing can flourish. She attends sessions alongside our therapists, offering companionship, emotional support, and a special kind of connection that only a dog can provide. Her presence can help reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and encourage communication, making it easier for some clients to express their emotions. Many find that simply having her nearby provides a sense of grounding and comfort, whether through a gentle nuzzle or quiet companionship.
While Willow is available to join sessions, her presence is entirely optional. We understand that everyone has different preferences, and therapy should be a space where you feel most at ease. Whether she’s sitting by your side or simply brightening the space with her presence, Willow is here to support you—only if and when you want her to be.
